About the Event
The La Crosse Urban Stormwater Group is taking on the challenge of slowing down the rush of rain and snowmelt that pollutes waterways and affects aquatic organisms. They are working together to educate private property owners, about what runoff is, why it's bad, and how to fix it.
PLUS! Joining in will be the 2023 Soak It Up Winner - 360 Real Estate's, The Hub on 6th. This downtown property implements multiple best management practices that keep polluted runoff out of local waterways.
Sustainability Chats are monthly virtual green tours celebrating and highlighting the sustainable efforts happening throughout the Driftless region.
Registration is free for our virtual events, but required.
