About the Event

The term Sustainability brings to mind conservation of natural resources, we less often apply it to our personal lives.  When we treat our internal ecosystem with care and respect, we have more energy and drive to serve.  We will discuss evidence based approaches to sustaining ourselves during trying times. We will also discuss how systems could better support their individuals, as they do their important work.

Erin Maslowski, MD has appointments in the departments of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine at Gundersen Health System. She is also a career coach to her clinician peers.  She earned her Physician Development Coach certification through the Physician Coaching Institute in Seattle, WA, in 2018.  She is a regular contributor to The Vitals, a health and wellness newsletter for Gundersen Clinicians, with a reach of about 1,500 individuals per issue.

Sustainability Chats are monthly virtual green tours celebrating and highlighting the sustainable efforts happening throughout the Driftless region.  Registration is free for our virtual events, but required.
