Sustainability Chats are monthly virtual green tours celebrating and highlighting the sustainable efforts happening throughout the Driftless region.
This month we will be touring La Crosse Distilling Co. See how they utilize renewable geothermal energy to produce their "field-to-glass" spirits and how they employ sustainable practices including a Farmer Forward approach. Recently their resilient pivot and community outreach commitment resulted in them producing and donating hand sanitizer to over 140 local organizations.
